Common problems and how to fix them. If your issue isn't listed here, email support@solidaccounting.com with:

  • Your operating system and version
  • The version of Solid Accounting (Help → About)
  • A description of what you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Any error message that appeared (a screenshot is great)

We aim to reply within 1 business day.

Before you contact support

  • Restart the app — it fixes more things than you'd expect
  • Check the Help → Diagnostics page for warnings
  • Make sure your file was last backed up via Cloud Backup or local backup before trying anything destructive
