Common problems and how to fix them. If your issue isn't listed here, email support@solidaccounting.com with:
- Your operating system and version
- The version of Solid Accounting (Help → About)
- A description of what you were doing when the problem occurred
- Any error message that appeared (a screenshot is great)

Before you contact support
- Restart the app — it fixes more things than you'd expect
- Check the Help → Diagnostics page for warnings
- Make sure your file was last backed up via Cloud Backup or local backup before trying anything destructive
