Several people, one company file

Share the books on your own network.

When several people work in the books, there is still one company file, on a computer in your office. No hosting company holds a copy, and there is nothing to sync.

Host computer

Holds the only copy

The company file stays encrypted on the host. Other computers read and write through it, so no copy is kept on them.

Between computers

Paired and encrypted

Only computers paired with the host can connect, and the connection is encrypted. An Admin can remove a paired computer at any time.

Each person

Their own sign-in and role

The host applies each person’s role to every change, and the Audit Trail records who made it.
